I grew up in the U.S. on the Oregon Coast, later moving to Portland, but currently traveling the world on my way to photographing 100 cities. Travel helped my passion for photography grow until I couldn’t take it any longer and left the office to pursue it full time. I’ve always preferred the streets to the studio, for photography reasons and because I like to be outside in the middle of it all. I look to find the edge, mystery, humor, character, story and moments out of the places I photograph. To capture interest in life that no one would see, in a time and place that will forever change. Connected to all of my travels photographing 100 cities is my blog, Shooter Files. In addition to photos, tips, interviews with local street photographers and more, I write in-depth street photography city guides to each city I visit and photograph.
